A good routine for home work with dumbells!!!!

    I want to build muscle!

The leanest parts of me are my arms and legs!

Do you think I should just work on them or all of my body?

Does anyone know a good dumbell workout routine for home workouts?

I do martial arts and they use arms and legs mainly!

I cannot do press ups because they give me backaches!

I have alot of flab on my belly and I having a lot of muscle there would make me look even bigger!

I do not want huge shoulders and lats!

I used to do sit-ups and lying leg raiese at home and will do them again!

I do not have a press-up bar at home!

Having huge lats and shoulders makes you look scary as if you are a bad-guy from a film or marvel comic and I am going for the arnie/sly look!

Do you know anygood dumbell exercises for triceps?
