    good cutting workout?

    bout to start my first h drol cycle and lookin to cut down. always been bulkin and not so much cutting since ive had trouble gaining weight throught out the years. h drol cycle 50/50/75/75/75/75 with AI cycle assist and nolva as pct. any body got a specific workout plan thats worked for them on hdrol to cut...thanks

    take this from a guy that has been learning the hard way AND did a hdrol cycle. Get your diet dialed in and cardio for a MINIMUM of 45 min/5-6 days per week at low intensity. Look up topherhinton in the diet forum. He has been helping me out bigtime..

    Intensity in your workouts without much of a rest in between sets .

    Keep heart rate up .

    Search youtube for routines . Always find a few fresh ideas to add or try . Not follow any one routine , but one you enjoy and add options .

    you dont necessarily create workouts to cut you should be so much more concerned about your diet rather than cutting... generally if bulking up go lower reps and ill do higher reps during cuts but you will have to switch periodically between these two anyway to confuse body...liek i said pay strict attention to diet
