    I was told to do super-sets for mass...this is my sched

    Moanday
    back-chest-shoulders-abs

    tuesday
    rest

    wensday
    bicepts-tricepts-legs-abs

    thursday
    rest

    friday
    back-chest-shoulders-abs
    then i alternate the next week........also is an 1.5 hrs. long enogh and what supplemnts do u recommend for mass as well........thanx

    new workout.... get diet in order try this for 3 day

    m-chest/back/abs

    w-legs

    f-delts, biceps, triceps
