pec workout ?
my pects are quitew developed outside near my arm and shoulder, but more towards my neck up high, there is very little muscle. ive tried focusing more on incline workouts. is there anything else i can do to specifically build up the upper-inside part of my chest? or the whole inside? please post any and all thoughts. your help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

The shape of your pecs is genetic, but what you can do is maximize your genetic gifts. Just keep lifting heavy with low reps and it'll come.
