Working out frequency while on cypionate
I am on HRT with doctor and taking 200mg of test a week, just wondering if I can workout of more often now that I am taking it. I work out 6 days a week; 9 sets for small muscle groups and 14-16 for large groups. Each group hit twice a week on a 3 on 1 off schedule. Is this enough while on test or should I add in a few more sets?

wow i wouldn't do that many sets even on 750mg of cypionate
anyways NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, do not do more sets then what ur already doing, if anything u should be doing less even on HRT

so what would you suggest for TOTAL amount of sets per WEEK then? Would this be better?
chest 16, back 16, hams and quads 24, bis 12, tris 12, shoulders 14 ( but each group is hit twice per week so it would be half of that number each session.)

You can cut the volume in half if you train each bodypart 2x week.
Back: monday 8 sets,thursday: 8 sets = 16 sets total a week.
