i've been lifting weights for 6 months consistently, yes i know i should be lifting a lot longer and building a big base, but i don't feel like waiting.. i will be following a diet btw.
because the steroids from what i heard are going to improve my recovery periods, i am going to study the exercises a lot and try an advanced program from a muscle building magazine which is like maybe 25-30 sets a day each body part once a week split into 4 days though i might change routines and try something lighter to make sure i dont overtrain
also this is thread about how hard u should train, not if im ready for a cycle yet... so plz dont mention im not ready for a cycle blah blah blah, i didn't create this thread for that
