How much harder should you train on cycle

since steroids improve your recovery periods any of you guys have at least like a very rough estimate on how much harder you should train on the juice?

btw are there any medical studies any of u could link to me that have the topic of recovery periods in them?

You should always train as hard as you possibly can, whether on cycle or not.

Depends on whether you take 500mg test or 5000mg test.

post your cycle, but most likely you will train the same. maybe little muscles like biceps and calves could be trained more often but be careful with big muscles.

your diet and workouts should be changing once every month and a half or so anyway, when you are on cycle the only difference is USUALLY the steroids you take.

my cycle will be in like 2 weeks

my cycle will be 750mg test c
    week 1-12

followed by 20mg nolvadex ed for 30 days for pct

i've been lifting weights for 6 months consistently, yes i know i should be lifting a lot longer and building a big base, but i don't feel like waiting.. i will be following a diet btw.

because the steroids from what i heard are going to improve my recovery periods, i am going to study the exercises a lot and try an advanced program from a muscle building magazine which is like maybe 25-30 sets a day each body part once a week split into 4 days though i might change routines and try something lighter to make sure i dont overtrain

also this is thread about how hard u should train, not if im ready for a cycle yet... so plz dont mention im not ready for a cycle blah blah blah, i didn't create this thread for that

Don't get shit from a magazine. waste of time.
    New Chest routine
    3 flat bench - 4, 4, 12
    3 incline barbell/dumbbell - 4, 4, 12
2 decline flys - 8-12, 8-12 *focus on ultra slow reps with great range of motion

-use the overload training principle, and 1 60-70% warm up set before starting chest. We’d be cutting the sets from 12 to 8 and I bet you get a lot stronger.
    New Back routine
    3 pullups- max, max, max
    3 pulldowns - 10, 8, 6
    3 cable rows (wide grip) - 10, 8, 6
    3 dead lifts – 4, 4, 12

    New Bicep routine
    3 seated curls – 8, 8, 8
3 flat bb curls – 10, 10,10 (can’t go heavy with these due to fracturing both arms many times)
    3 bb curl (cord) – 12, 10, 8

    New Tricep routine
    4 Dips – 6, 6, 16
    3 overhead dumbbell – 8, 6, 6
    3 tricep pushdown – 10, 8, 6

    New Delt routine
4 military press – 12, 10, 10, 10 (heavy hurts real bad, behind the neck seems to be making progress)
3 lateral raise (cord) – 8, 6, 6 (Rotate between this and bent over for rear delts weekly)
    3 upright rows – 8, 8, 16

    New Leg routine
    3 squats – 4, 4, 12
    3 Lunges (distance) – approximately 16, 10, 8
    4 leg extension – 12, 12, 10, 6 drop 8
    4 seated leg curls – 12, 12, 10, 6 drop 8
    6 seated calf raises – 12, 10, 10, 8, 8, 6 drop 10
    SPLIT
    Day 1 Legs
    Warmup
    Squats
    Lunges
    Leg Extension
    Seated Leg Curls
    Seated Calf Raises

    Day 2 Shoulders
    Warmup/rotator cuff
    Military Press
    Upright Rows
Lateral Raise (cord) or Bent Over Lateral Raise

    Day 3 Arms
    Flat BB Curls Wide Grip
    Seated Curls
    BB (cord) Curls
    Dips
    Overhead Dumbell
    Pushdown

    Day 4 Back
    Deadlifts
    Pull Ups
    Pull Downs
    Rows

    Day 5 Chest
    Incline BB/DB
    Flat Bench
    Decline Flyes

this worked for me. just make it fit your needs.

    what are your stats btw?

Muscles do recover faster while on cycle but the joints and CNS do not, so keep everything pretty much the same in terms of volume. Keep the intensity high and use good form to make the most gains.

    May I ask you:
    1. Why have you chosen test c instaed of test en?
    2. Why have not you taken into account the sinergy between clomid and nolva?

    1. test c is just what was there
    2. i remember reading clomid and nolvadex are virtually the samething, so it was pointless to take 2 at the same time, i remember reading this on one of the stickies and i chose nolvadex over clomid because i heard from a few sources that nolva is better

Then, I advise you to do better researches, because from what I have read so far, you need more than just tamoxifen citrate for your pct.
