Hard Short Time Keto Diet Cut!

    Name says it all.
I am looking to cut some fat really fast, cardio will be king of course.
I do a mixture of cardio / fight style training on the same gym session to get a good full body workout / fat burn.
I am wondering if I can just do my normal 3 on 1 off split with cardio / core training on each day while adding one muscle at high reps / low weights.
    Example:
1- Cardio 20 minutes / high rep - low weights arms super set / cardio 30 / fight training.
    2 - same / same but shoulders / same /same
3 same / same but legs / same / same
    4 - off
5 - same / same but chest / upper back super set / same /same
    and so on..
Any reason this might cost me too much muscle.
    I am on Keto!
    Thanks!

If you want to mantain your muscles your workouts should be very intense.

They will be - the 20 min cardio is to get my heart in the right place - then to the fight training - then the weights high reps 2 or 3 exercises per muscle group - then treadmill to finish it off.
    That gonna be ok?
    Should I do anything different.

High reps , low weights and lifting after 20 min cardio doesn't sound so intense. Keep doing what allowed your muscles to grow.
