    Options for chest workout?

I hurt my chest a while back. Tear in my right peck while benching ... Close to the arm pit. Doc did not recommend surgery but After a year and a half I still feel it when I go heavy and I lift nervous. I do more dumbells now so I can drop if I need to. Any recommendations for alternative lifts or workouts. Considering my injury.

    Thanks Guys

You have to start traing like normal again work your way back up to big weight you just have to be aware and don't let the old old injury hinder your progress. Your always gonna feel something and your always gonna be nervouse just use strict form and don't lose control of the weight

    Good luck

Can't believe I am saying this but you might want to try growth. I have some friends who have cleared up some nasty injuries and I fixed my kidney problem with that stuff.

with the injury being close to the arm pit, i would just get used to working the chest on the peck deck light to start with, just until your chest gets used to the weights again

    * A. Incline DB Bench Press this could also be good for you
    * B1. Bench Press if you hurt yourself with this be carefull
    * B2. DB Flyes this could be very good or it could be very bad
    * C. Dips Superset i wouldent do this with your injury.
    * D. Pushups this could be good
