thats fine, you could also put arms on their own day.
I often combine chest/tri, then on another day combine back/bi
That's how I've been doing it for 8 years, works like a charm.
Its ok to do.
I dunno how y'all do it! I need at least a day between back and bis/chest and tris - let alone super-setting them! No hijack intended, but maybe I should try it and see what happens...
i used to do it the way mentioned, i now do chest and Bi one day and Shoulders Tri another day.
After ive worked back i dont wann be training Bi's, all i wanna do is fall over or be sick
