    abs

    Is it better to wait till i lose my gut to start doing ab work, or should i do crunches and leg lifts now?

    imhp i would work my abs and do the cardio so that when you lose that gut there will be some ab muscles down there to see.

    well you need to hit abs no matter what!if you got high b/f they wont show but yoo still need to work them b/c they are your core muscles without them you are prone to injury and you will never be as strong as you would be if you were to do them

    Im on a keto diet...and i havnt been sure about doing cardio becuase im about to start using hydroxycut and i didnt wana loose too much muscle mass.

    I hardly work abs. My abs get hit hard during squats and deads.
