I normally do 10 minutes of running before every workout,
I feel that it warms me up completely. Would this be considered enough cardio work? Should I be running longer?

it's a good warm up but as far as it having any fat burning affects, it is not long enough
What happens here, stays here
for a warm up sure..it will get the blood flowing, the heart rate and the body temp right wear you want it. But what are your goals. Do u want to cut up? Let us know what you are striving for and we will see what we can do to help
I want to be trim the stomach down (SixPac),
I currently weight 190 lbs at 5'11"
my waist is 33.
10 minutes is enough to warm u up but, if you want ot burn fat you must go longer, because it takes approximately 12 minutes in your target heart range to burn off the carbs in your body. IMO you should walk on a tredmill at an incline between 5-10% and a pace between 3.5mph and 4.5 mph. I'm sugesting you just walk for 2 reasons to make sure u don't burn off muscle and to minimize the impact on your knees.
hope this helps
smallguy
does muscle burn off too?
say if iam doing cardio, do i still eat the same as everyother day?
Personally I wouldn't run B4 a weight training session ....
I would suggest that if its cardio your doing .. you'll need at least 20 minutes .....
IMO ( and others )
If your training with weights on a given day ... you should concentrate on warming up the joints and stretching the area that will be worked .....
good luck
What is the desired frequency of cardio work, would every other day be fine?
