Hi, I wanna know if someone can post how much sets and what exercises they're doing for there routine, I've been doing same routine for awhiled I want something new.
and I'll probably be following this patern for my weekly workouts
monday - chest / abs
tuesday - biceps / forearms
wesneday - triceps / legs
thursday - back / abs
friday - shoulders / calves
saturday - off
sunday - restart
5 days on , 1 day off.
