Don't workout.
eat well and lot's of food often.
i tried working out while sick, it made me feel worse.
i recon wait around 5-7 days max then get back into it.
As said dnt do it your body needs rest and all the energy it can get so dnt go wasting it at the gym. Plus you can never train to your best in the gym Anyway coz you feel like shit.
If it's a regular ol cold I usually take 3-4days off then I'm back n there. It depends on how I feel though.
REST REST REST. don't do some half azz workouts, wait till your better bro
