    Bench Press

    Ok today maxed out at 385 need some advice i want to pass 400 any advice on how to get there in a 2 week peroid
    stats 5'6 193

    I know how i'd do it. I'd workout as usual for the next week then take the following week completely off. My diet would be high protien and limited carbs. Then the day before your workout load on carbs and eat moderately the day of the lift.
    Then go to the gym and make your lift. There's a lot variables here, like how long you've been training, diet, so forth and so on, but if you've been working solid for awhile the rest will help you more than you know. And it's just not chest it's your entire body.

    Yeah i know its all the body proportion legs are lacking alittle in size but match in strength,i have a bet going with a buddy i can get there in two weeks looking for some tips to get there ,,im trying to shut him up

    look hit few tabs of halotestin lol

    and bump those calories up by few hundred around your chest workouts, esspecialy before it

    also IF you dont use pre workout suplements, take 3 scoops of BSN no xplode 15 minutes before you make ur attempt at the bench press

    it does amazing stuff for ur strength, i always find for every scoop of no xplode i take i gain 1-2kgs in strength, taken 3 scoops before my workout and my bench went up 12 pounds

    works everytime

    4x4 2-3 times pr week. Eat a lot of food. And use supplements. I dont know. Why in such a hurry?

    Bet some money with a friend he says ill never get there, at 385 need to pass 400 ,,100$ for every pound over ,,,,,or 100$ from me for every pound under,,,yeah fun bet

    Download salt n peppers- push it and play it when u bench. There's 15lbs right there!

    best way is to take a deload week. but nothing is promised. but any time you max out you have to either take a deload week or a week totally off.. but usually to get a true max you have to ramp up to it.

    but two week. then do a 90percent work out one week, take second week totally off and at the end of the week you can try maxing and alot of times push 3%-5% more

    but at 5'6'' 193, you are already close to your power limits in the since of when you start making gains really slow. so I doubt you could put on 15pounds in two weeks, unless the 385lb lift was done while you were burnt out, which in turn you need a week off anyways.
