hey guys im 16 5'9 and 145. I wanna start workin out and get cut. I know i might sound stupid but im dead serious. If you guys could tell me some workouts i could do at the gym and some stuff i can take that can help me out a lil would be awesome. thanks
welcome. I can tell you that I wish I had learned the benefit of proper diet at your age. read up in the diet section, and spend some time studying the posted workouts. you need to be 18 to be a member here, but you can still stick around and read and learn.
Big is 100% right.....if you can listen and learn at 16 youl achieve excellent results! good luck.....im sure there is a sister site that you can join but i cant remember the name..ill try and find it for you..
