    Strength gains

    How long does it take for you to gain strength .Can you do it on the same day or do you have to wait till the next.Just wondering .If I done my max strength on just 1 rep set .Could I go back later and do better on the same day .Add weight I mean.

    You need to give your muscles time to rebuild and repair. If you go max at noon your not gonna be any stronger at 8 that night. Try to make strength gains weekly not daily.

    Rest is best. Over time is when all the little increases add up to a big number
