Anyone ever used one of these tri dip's ?

I find that I can never really hit my tri's no matter what I do. I just saw this and would like to know if anyone has ever used one before and how they rated it. Thanks.

cant say that i have, but looks easier to add weight to your dips that strapping weights to my belt or putting weights in a backpack. i hate both of them, but ya gotta do something.

I have used a hammer strength machine which is the same movement and I loved it. Great machine to replace dips with when your chest/shoulders are too sore

Ditto. I use these machines at the end of my workout and do drop sets. They work great.

i cant really use these machines becuase i end up lifting my body up, plus the machine at my gym only goes up to 100kg on the machine, which abit light

IMO why dont use just strap some weights to a weight belt, and do dips?

alot of times i found that if you attach weights to a weight belt, and then have the weights hanging from behind you off the weight belt (instead of infront of you off the weight belt) it causes ur body to lean backwards,

this places more pressure on your triceps, rather then your chest since ur leaning back

    its great exercise for triceps
