    Exclamation Need Advice

This is my first post, although i have been learning from this site for the last few months. I'm 19 years old. 5'7 198lbs. I have been working out for about the last year and a half, and my body has made a pretty good transformation so far. However, my major weakpoint is my chest. The rest of my body parts have been growing and getting bigger and harder by the weeks, but my chest seems to stay in the same place. They look like bitch tits. Although i have been moving up in weights for my chest exercises, as much as anything else, they seem to be flabby. I have just started cardio in the AM on empty this week, and i am hoping that it will help with the problem. I could definatly use to lose body fat everywhere else, but it just seems my chest looks the worst. If anyone has advice, or has had the same problem let me know, i need to get rid of these bitch tits.

    stats if they help:
    max bench: 250
    max squat:345
    max deadlift:435

Do you have any idea of you BF%. Many men carry fat in there chest. When your body fat is lowered they may go away.

You must be pretty big and ripped since I'm 5'8 158lbs and about 15%BF

Stick with the am cardio and eat clean, you should gradually lose it.
