    Oblique Workouts?

    I wanna bulk up down the good old obliques if anyone has any suggestions then that would be great

    I am not on roids but i been pondering it for a while now :S

    side leg raises are pretty good, and classic crunches

    also make sure if your going to do roids you know what your doing and you have no questions. roids arent something to play around with.

    Yea i know there not anything to play around with, do u use them personally if ya dnt mind me askin like?
    I have been interested in them bt have doubts on the effects....
    and what roids would be best to develop reali lean muscle mainly pecs abs and biceps?

    Grab a single hand grip and attach it to a cable machine (raised as high as it can go) select an appropriate weight. Grab the grip and tuck your elbow into your ribs with your hand by your chin and crunch to that same side, then switch hands and do the other.. Hope that isn't too confusing.. Easier done than said lol
