    Chest Problems

    i always had a bad chest . thats why i started training and supplements. my chest has improved but still bitchy!! when i get a pump it looks pretty good but when no pump it's on the pointy side even when i flex the top pec is pretty hard and the bottom is mush. what can i do? i cant do dips. thanks

    Decline press, incline dumbbells, a better diet to strip off some of that bodyfat, focusing more on contraction of the muscle through proper form without relieving tension thro out movement.... meaning don't stop at the top of the movement frequently in order to do more reps to stroke the old ego
