    frequency of training cycle?

    hi guys,

    *(if you are impatient scroll down to the bottom for my question)

    I am about to embark on a quest to maximize muscle mass in this body I like to call mine.

    as assistance I shall be escorted by a couple of friends of mine called testosterone propionate and methandrostenolone AKA blue hearts.

    the time limit I have set for myself is 60 days and the dosages are as such:
    testo p- 66mg ED danabol 40-60mg ED, (the reason it is 40-60 is because I have heard a rumor that this brand is highly overdosed so I will take four of them and hope to get the amount I need from that).

    my diet will be as such: oatmeal 4-5 dl (2 cups) + whey/casein 30-40 grams, 1kg (2.2 lbs) chicken + 4-5 dl (2 cups) rice, 250-500 grams (1/2- 1 lbs) beef + unknown quantity pasta/ potato/bread whatever, a protein shake with maltodextrine p/o. - on a typical days

    multivitamin and *****-3 as well as an array of other vitamins and minerals will be added accordingly.


    my stats (if anyone give a flying frig)

    age: 23
    years of experience: at least 4 (started at 16- on and off since)
    weight: 109kg (240 lbs)
    height: 191 cm (6"3)
    body fat: unknown
    previous AAS usage: danabol 25-30mg ED 5 weeks


    Now that we got things straight let us get back to business, my question is as such:

    I have scribbled a workout routine that is a 10 day split that is, 5 different bodyparts two different workouts for each and I would like to know if it is possible for me to train every day with out overtraining while on this steroid cycle.
    or how many rest days should i have- I could either go through the workout routine 6 times and train every day, go through it 5 times and rest once a week, or go through it 4 times and rest twice a week, as stated above my goal is to gain as much weight as possible.

    You should go to the diet forum and read intensely for a few weeks before you embark on this. Your bf% is way high and the juice you are taking is going to elavate your BP. I'm assuming you're going to want to cut weight and this is not the way to go about it IMO.

    I have no idea what my bf is or how to measure- I appear to be lean when I have my T-shirt on but there are some flabs of fats once it comes off, dont think its a problem- I will address that come summer time.

    but for now maximum muscle is my goal.

    just did an online test and it gave two results: 25% (bmi method) and 17% (ymca method)
