I am about to embark on a quest to maximize muscle mass in this body I like to call mine.
as assistance I shall be escorted by a couple of friends of mine called testosterone propionate and methandrostenolone AKA blue hearts.
the time limit I have set for myself is 60 days and the dosages are as such:
testo p- 66mg ED danabol 40-60mg ED, (the reason it is 40-60 is because I have heard a rumor that this brand is highly overdosed so I will take four of them and hope to get the amount I need from that).
my diet will be as such: oatmeal 4-5 dl (2 cups) + whey/casein 30-40 grams, 1kg (2.2 lbs) chicken + 4-5 dl (2 cups) rice, 250-500 grams (1/2- 1 lbs) beef + unknown quantity pasta/ potato/bread whatever, a protein shake with maltodextrine p/o. - on a typical days
multivitamin and *****-3 as well as an array of other vitamins and minerals will be added accordingly.

age: 23
years of experience: at least 4 (started at 16- on and off since)
weight: 109kg (240 lbs)
height: 191 cm (6"3)
body fat: unknown
previous AAS usage: danabol 25-30mg ED 5 weeks
Now that we got things straight let us get back to business, my question is as such:

I have scribbled a workout routine that is a 10 day split that is, 5 different bodyparts two different workouts for each and I would like to know if it is possible for me to train every day with out overtraining while on this steroid cycle.
or how many rest days should i have- I could either go through the workout routine 6 times and train every day, go through it 5 times and rest once a week, or go through it 4 times and rest twice a week, as stated above my goal is to gain as much weight as possible.
