what kind of question is this?

    it makes no sense

if you can bench press 130 pounds, and you bench 105 then your just being lazy

the better way to train is to failure

u cant structure ur strength increases each week

each week u should just try to increase the amount of weight u lift by number of reps, or increase the poundage

in other words as each week goes on, you should be trying to lift more,

how much more u lift depends on how much strength u gain each week

not how much u plan to increase it

and to answer your question without being a dick...

try to increase weight always...dont back down on your weights..also dont sacrifice form for function.. meaning dont give up your technique just to be able to lift it right

because if you aint liftin it right that means your afraid of the hurt or your just dumb and either way your breakin the motto which is dont be a pu$$y FACE YOUR FEARS
