Hello all.
So I've been training for about 2months and I've noticed some results, but I've come to these forums for tips on how to improve my training and therefore obtain better results.
My currrents stats are:
Height-1.85metres
Weight- 85kg's
Age- 17
Body Fat- 20%
My training follows as of this:
Monday- Chest/Arms +20mins cardio high intensity
Wednesday- Legs
Saturday- Back/Shoulders +20mins cardio high intensity
I've recently wanted changed to a high protein, low carb diet and was wondering if I should be training more often or less. Also I was wondering how long it would take for me to get to around 15% Body Fat.
