Workout Schedual
Im trying to set up a workout scheduel, The problem is im not %100 sure what I need to work on. My goal is to get back on the football field. Im 20yr old and was playing college football as a DL. I'm 6'2 300LBS. Unfortunetly I have a semester im going to be spending at home. I need this semester to pay off in the weight room or my dreams are over.. Im looking for a Mon - Fri schedual. Any advice is appreciated.

I would suggest posting in the powerlifting section. Being you play Defensive Line I am thinking that type of workout would be more condusive than a bodybuilding type workout for what you want to achieve.
