    lats workout needed? with no cables ect?

    need a lat workout all i have is a bench barbell dumbells oh and weights lol

    all i can think of is bent over dumbell rows.?

    agreed.....rows are more for developing thickness....you need to find a way to do pull-ups...i did them in the rafters of my basement for years....you can get a pull up bar for cheap like the iron gym or something...

    pull ups chin ups and rows. A pull up bar is the easiest work out equipment to improvise no matter what make it happen. You will see results
