Get a pull up bar
DB Pullovers on the Decline Bench
pull-ups, BB and DB rows, deadlifts, pull-overs.
pull-ups, pull-downs for the v-taper
pull ups chin ups and rows. A pull up bar is the easiest work out equipment to improvise no matter what make it happen. You will see results
