Thread: Abs/Lower Abs

    Abs/Lower Abs

    Obviously this is a precarious issue on the best way to develop them..

    Any help on workouts to optimise my ab muscles would be great, espc lower abs

    my current routine looks like this, and whenever i cut up a i have a very solid 8 pack

    im bulking atm and can still see them slighty

    anyways

    superset (meaning dont stop between sets) of
    40 crunches
    40 lying leg raises off bench, hands behind head (lower ab exercise)
    30 double crunches, hands behing head
    30 hanging leg raises
    20 hanging pikes
    40 decline sit ups, hands behind head

    their you go, thats all you really need, do it twice a week, e.g monday and thursday

    if you want you can do 2 of the supersets in one day, but i doubt ull be able to since it alot more difficult then what it looks trust me

    LOL dw most people cant whenever they try train abs with me

    thats why i said u only need to do it once lol
