    lol its funny coz i think i know this workout routine from somewhere......... hehehe

    id say u take the day off wednesday

    and then train thursday friday

    especially after training legs u need to give your body rest

    buddy if u want a 4 day split try taking a off on wednesday and cont on friday and sat...
