Ok this is my first post so you guys already know i need help with my workouts since i made a thread. Im 5'9 and weight about 155. I stop going to the gym for about 3 months and i want to get in shape for the summer (yes im already thinking about the summer)(it was my new years resolution to get back in shape). Anyways i want to get a more define chest. The upper part of my chest lacks. I also want to get bigger arms and define shoulder. Anybody have any suggestions on how i would be able to reach my goal?
