    question regarding leg extension???

I know people who turn their toes in and out while doing calfs to target different muscles in them, would this also work if you did the same thing for leg extension?

Don't do leg extensions... Do Squats, Deadlifts, & Straight-legged Deadlifts

Don't do it you can hurt your knees! Go with wide and close stance squats or leg presses for more overall mass.

No, why people intentionally put themselves out of alignment on that exercise is beyond me.

idk maybe I'm wrong here but why are you thanking the Juice?

Shouldn't you be thanking yourself or do you really think it's the juice that did it... I mean you're the one taking the juice which is basically just a self adjustment of your body's natural ability... then YOU made the lift...

    Thank yourself!

becos it supposely targets the vatus lateralis or medialis with angling your toes in or out. def works for me tho.

You are in a fixed plane of motion, pointing your toes in or out is not going to stress one muscle over the other on this exercise. All you are doing is placing excessive torque on your ligaments and tendons.

True FireGuy! And even if performing leg extensions by pointing your toes inward and outward did work, it will hurt the knees over-time. ranging1 just testified to this!

Changing foot positons on calve exercises is a waste of time as well.
