    Cardio question

    I am trying to bulk while keeping my bf under control. I
    know it's A fine line. I workout in the am.
    I drink a whey shake before my workout After weights I do
    around 20 to 30 mins of cardio. My question is Am I hurting
    my muscle gains by doing the cardio like this. Immediately
    after my workout I drink another whey shake.

    If your diet is dialed in you should be able to add muscle while still doing the cardio schedule you outlined.
