im currently tryin to cut and had been usin just your basic mon-chest tues-back/bi wed-shoulders thursday-tri fri-lower body

my diet is in check for lossin fat and i also want to put on some lean muscle. so now im just lookin for the riht workout to add

my question is can anyone post up there favorite workout that has worked the best for them for lossin fat and increasin muscle. list every detail....supersets and rest time etc..... or post up a link if there is one for a workout that will help aid me. thanks
