    Cardio question

    Hello. I've been dieting for around 2.5weeks and have had great results.

    Stats
    Age-17
    Weight-84kg
    Height-185cm
    BF %-16%-18%

    So I've been wondering what type of cardio I should be doing while at the gym, high intensity or low intensity. I would like to get to around 10%-12% BF with maintaining my diet(diet is worked out already).

    There are several different ways to do cardio. Some prefer morning (take some BCAA's before, do cardio, then breakfast) or PWO. I prefer PWO.

    The amount of cardio depends on what bodypart is being trained. IE: Less on leg day more on arms.

    I also prefer moderate intensity intervals. Don't overdo it though, too much cardio can hamper your recovery.

    Thanks for the advice mate. How long would you suggest moderate cardio, 20 minutes sound good for three times a week?

    Also I prefer doing cardio after weight training is that okay?

    Hate to be "that" guy.... but you're only 17 bro... you aren't allowed to be on the website..

    You're going to be suspended till you're 18..

    But to answer your Q for now...

    I like early morning cardio + 10g of glutamine + 5g of BCAA

    low intensity + incline on 20 mins x 3/wk = perfect
