Do you keep it the same, or cut down the rest days? Perhaps add even more? Here is what I currently and doing.

I'm 23, 210 pounds, unknown body fat but I'm not a chubby. I'm wondering exactly what you do that is different while on a cycle. More volume, more rest, less rest, etc?
