    Biceps taking longer than normal to recover?

    hey guys i trained my biceps on monday and it is now thursday night and they are still sore they usually recovery within 2 days normally but for some reason there taking longer than usually to recover and i dont understand it. why is this?

    well whats ur usual bicep workout look like?

    hows ur diet been last few days?

    are you on gear? if so what and dosages?

    whats ur daily activity been like?

    what other workouts have followed ur bicep workout since monday?

    i did some seated dumbell curls about 3 x 10 reps heavy weight with triceps and little rest between i guess u would call it super set

    its been ok

    yes tren ace 1 ml a week

    going to the gym and then at home on computer mostly

    i did back and traps, and i did shoulders.

    go to the questions forum section and post up thread of ur cycle, so they can help you

    u shouldnt be worrying about ur workouts atm, thier only going to get worse with what ur doing atm

    best way to put this is, id be more worried about ur dik not working for much longer, and ur sex drive becoming non existant

    plus ur recovery abilites are going to be shit, and

    what ur doing is actually weaker then what hormones u produce naturally, id stop what ur doing fast

    hey i have already done that early today, but if its true what your saying it doesnt make sense because i have almost doubled in size and i am much stronger?

    U really need to do some research on using gear!

    To your original question- if u worked bi's and 2days later work back you are working bi's again indirectly. This is probably the reason they haven't recovered yet.

    with proper diet and training and rest, biceps repair in about 2 days. They are usually overtrained and are easily stimulated. I bet you just overtrained, especially because you have no test to support growth. stop taking all steroids and go to the diet section immediately.
