    I haven't seen anyone else at my gym do those, just me and my bud. But oh well who cares what they do right?

    almost everyone at my gym does those for shoulders, i actually dont like them coz everyone already does them

    When I do my rear laterals, I bend over a bit. How you going to hit the rear head standing upright?

    LA and not a single member there is buff, i mean there's a few that are a little cut but nothing special. There was this dude when i joined but i think he moved already so no real heroes there.

    about 8 years now. In the past i workout during the winter and off during the summer due to my job, hopefully i'll stick to my workout this summer. That sucks but that was me, not letting it happen again.

    I have most of my clients do that exercise, but I describe it as a finishing exercise, so a seated military press, then to the dreaded 3

    want to really make it crazy?? do cardio high intensity hr 160 for 3 minutes, then the 3 movements for 15, then 3 minutes of cardio..

    oh right, all 3 simultaneously, 4 sets of 15. never thought of doing it like that-will check it out
