i do traps on shoulder days, my shoulders have came along great, and thats neat i was born in montreal!

theirs no real better option, its personal taste and what works better for you
some train traqps on shoulder day becuase the middle deltoid usully requires the trapezius as a secondary muscle group to assist it
while others train them back day since traps are used in compound exercises like deadlifts
i personaly train them on back day, since i find if i were to train them with shoulders they still tend to be sore on my back day, and then hinder my deadlifting strength and trap recovery
My split:
D1 Legs
D2 Chest Biceps
D3 Back thickness, Traps
D4 Shoulders, Triceps
D5 Chest width, Calves
D6 Back width
20 minutes on the elliptical after every workout, burning at least 200 calories.
I think Traps would be better on back days because of what ranging said.
