Currently
Mon - Chest / Triceps / Abs
Tue - Legs / Traps
Wed - Cardio / Abs
Thurs - Bicep / Back
Fri - Shoulders / Abs /Other Minor Muscles (ie Forearms)
Sat and Sun - Off
I tend to do 4 exercises per body part with 5 reps per exercise....
Any advice on changing the above routine???
I was doing :
Mon - Cardio / Abs
Tues -Chest / Biceps
Wed - Legs / Abs
Thurs - Shoulders / Triceps
Friday - Back / Abs
I found that i could not work my arms hard enough when trained with Chest, and i found a lack of motivation starting the week with Cardio when i find pushing weights on monday much more rewarding.
