    Dc style

    hi guys been reading a bit of different training stlyes etc of late and im interested in trying doggcrap stlye or of something simliar.
    Ive trained for 10 years doing a traditional 1 bodypart a day over 6 days and 1 day of a week.Im looking for something to add size i competed 2 times last year in australia with a first and a second weighing 215 pounds on stage.

    Ive read into the dogcrap a bit. could some1 put up there routine there been doing with sets reps etc and let me know how its worked for them.
    I get the whole rest pause thing with sets but i dont understand how many sets and excerises per bodypart i would use?

    heres something i will start for the moment and feel free to change anything thanks
    heres my split
    day 1 A chest,shoulders and triceps
    day 2 b back and biceps
    day 3 c Quads hams and calves
    day 4 off
    day 5 reapeat A
    day 6 reapeat B
    day 7 reapeat c
    day 8 off
    day 9 off
    day 10 reapeat 1

    CHEST,SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS
    BENCH PRESS 1 x RP 12-6 (WITH SAME WEIGHT)
    INCLINE DUMBELL PRESS 3 X 10

    BEHIND NECK PRESS 1 X 12-6
    UPRIGHT ROW 3 X 10

    SKULL CRUSHER 1 x RP 12-6 (WITH SAME WEIGHT)
    OVER HEAD EXTENTION 3 X 10

    BACK AND BICEPS
    CHIN UPS 1 X RP 12-6 (WITH SAME WEIGHT)
    LAT PULLDOWN 3 X 10
    DEAD LIFTS 1 X 12-6(WITH SAME WEIGHT)
    T-BAR ROW 3X 10

    BICEPS
    STRAIGHTBAR CURL 1 X RP 12-6 (WITH SAME WEIGHT)
    HAMMER CURL 3 X 10

    QUADS ,HAMS AND CALVES
    SQUATS 1 X RP 12-6 (WITH SAME WEIGHT)

    There has been MANY posts by Dante himself to not go by snippets of what's been posting on his forum, as it is more than likely taken out of context and will do more harm than help.

    Also, you need to have a very solid strength base before you even think about doing this - at LEAST 300/400/500 b/s/d. But judging from the info you gave, you prob can do those lifts. I would just hire him, or some others on the site, like Skip or Gottabehuge..
