    Decline??

    What are thoughts on decline? Some people say it's good and some say bad. My chest definatley needs work on the bottom so would decline be a good idea?

    its great for chest

    i personaly just dont liek decline dumbell press, just becuase its frustrating to get the dumbells into position when you have 150 pound dumbells

    decline bench press though is a great exercise

    yea db's can be hard on decline. i use the BB when i do it. actually had a great chest workout lastnite.

    It depends on the degree of decline. Too much is no good. I prefer a small (15 degree) decline.

    i never do them...but who am I?!?!? Some people love them, I like incline and flat myself
