This is a new program that tmuscle. c o m has posted and they update t ervy few weeks to add a new section. Really interesting stuff. I didnt do the shoulder cycle yet Bc i am starting with back and will add shouldersto the end, check it out though and let me know what you think. So far, it wears me out and i've been playing college football for 4 years. Its a great workout.
