    question on calculating 1RM

Was gonna see if you guys could tell me where a good 1RM calculator might be?

    -OR-

What is my estimated 1RM from benching 295 for 3 reps?

I workout by myself and have NEVER done a 1RM and curiousity is beginning to have it effect on me. Thanks in advance.

There is no 'best' 1RM formula to use, there is some good mathematics used by all three of the msot famous formulas, those being Brzycki's, Beachle's and Remedios's. I personally find Brzycki's formula to be the most accurate.

The formula on the website below uses brzycki's and also calculates the % of your 1RM. It then provides a table below on how many reps you should be able to perform for a given % of your 1RM.
