Question about Chest Work Out
Ok I understand the upper chest takes time to fill out, but my question is...what exercise is good for the upper middle...
Here is my workout
4x6 Dumbell Bench
3x6 Incline Dumbell
3x6 Flat barbell bentch
Sometimes I throw in Dumbbell flys....depends on how I feel
5 weeks of 6 reps
3 weeks of 8 reps
3 weeks of 10 reps
1 week on 12 reps
Just showing you the chest exercise
this is on monday and saturday I do
Power Clings
Squat
Deadlift
My Split is like
Monday - Chest and Tri's
Tuesday - Legs and Calves
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Back and Bi's
Friday - Rest
Saturday - PC, Squats, Deadlifts
ok thanks guys I know I did not give you all the info...but just really looking for something to make my chest explode...lol

regarding upper middle chest, start with inclines DB or BB and chuck in incline DB flyes and machine presses.
