Maintenance Workout
i've been train for 5 years and had twice cylce. my last cycle was about one year ago and that was deca /susta with d-bol cycle completed for 12 weeks.
and lately i'm so busy starting my new job since i was jobless for quite long.
its stressed me out coz my busy-ness doesnt allow me to workout like usually.i mean i usually go to gym after lunch and now i am free at 4 or 5 pm and yeaah,i dont have much energy,power even concentration to lift.so this is what the best i could do :
Monday,
(CHEST) incline bb,flat bb,fly.
(BICEPS) bb curl,concentration with dumbell.
Tuesday,
(LEG) bb squat,leg press,extension.
Wednesday,
(REST)
Thursday,
(SHOULDER) presses behind neck,bb shrug,lateral.
(TRICEPS) bb lying,tri's pushdown.
Friday,
(BACK)chins,lat pull down behind neck,cable row.
Saturday,
Cardio....
i do 4 sets on each because i just want to maintain my power and keep the muscle at least tight.and i eat everything now lol my work requires me to drive around so i couldn't keep my diet on track everyday.
