Quick Question?
Sometimes when Im at the gym i have to leave early because i have to run to class etc..
Would it be okay if i finish my workout the next day??
Or should i avoid working out the same muscle two days in a row? even though it wasn't a full work out ??
Any help would be appreciated,

I wouldnt work out the same muscle group two days in a row, even if it wasnt a full workout. What you did should have torn muscle fibres and therefore going more could be damaging (in a bad way). bad idea. I had the same problem with class. Rather gym later when there isnt any rush and you can finish your workout. Eat in your breaks

I wouldn't extend the workout to the next day. Get the best out of it while you're there. Maybe doing some supersets or even giant sets. Why do you have to hurry? Can't you go early morning or later in the evening?
