i recently joined this like mixed martial arts gym, and i go to the classes about twice a week and we do a shit load of pushups and mike tysons (weightless squats) and like weightless exersices, is it still cool to lift heavy like the next day? i never feel sore the next day but when its over i do feel worn out

If you still have the desire to workout and your not sore and you still have good pumps and you dont feel like leaving within your first set then yea why not.

listen to your body man, if it feels like you need to recover then take a day or two off. Otherwise push it

its not just about being sore, you also need to make sure you're giving your CNS time to recover, when doing HIT and heavy weights that can be hard on your CNS.......as said above just listen to your body, have a good diet and good rest/sleep.
