You can do that but you will surely burn muscle too.

That would require a 2400 calorie a day deficit. Not gonna happen. Even doing that you would be lucky to lose 10lbs of fat and 10lbs of muscle.

just climb in a concrete container with tons of water in it, shut the door, and proceed to live off the water for a month with no food. that really cuts weight fast lol. But for real isnt it unhealthy to lose that much weight that fast?

I was thinking of possibly doing exercise routines of working out twice a day
like burning 1500-2000 calories on a treadmill in the morning
Then later in the day do some virgorous lifting with very little rest in between
trying to eat about 2500 calories/day

Can I ask what you are planning on doing in the morning that's going to burn 2,000 calories?

No of course not, a lot of the initial fat loss for a cut is water anyway. You would lose a ridiculous amount of muscle, even if you were an extreme ecto like me, with a flaming metabolism.
The most you can expect (or aim for) is 2 pounds a week (IF you are above 220 pounds), optimally 1-1.5 per week. You can't have the mentality of wanting this NOW though, think about it, you didn't get fat overnight did you? Or even in the last month. It most likely took years. Just take it slow mate.

Building a great physique is not a race its something that takes time and commitment not a quick fix.

Its possible.... an average of just under 5lb's a week of fat (more than 4 weeks in a month lol =P) But all the gear this side of the cosmos wont retain all your muscle... you'd be looking more like dropping 25-30 to get that kinda fat reduction and that = nutz... you would have to burn 800 calories in the am with cardio.. weight train in the afternoon + light cardio to burn another 800 and go for run at night for another 800 + be neg 800 in your diet and be on T3/clen /ephedra to come close... I wouldnt do that unless there was prize money and I've dropped 50lbs in 3 months before...

I've done it before. I did loose a little muscle but it's far easier for me to gain muscle than to loose fat so it was worth it. Putting on muscle is a more pleasant experience as well cuz im not always hungry and pissed off. The biggest downside for me is that when you loose that much that fast it gets harder to loose fat later.
