This is more of a complete gym. It allows for shoulder press, squats, bench, and a pulley system for lat ull downs, tricep pushdowns, rows, etc. If you are looking for just a bench there are much cheaper options

no this looks exactly right, does it actually come with the bench AND the half rack for 299? On one site it says it is just the rack for that price.? How much was shipping for you (if you are in US)

Big fitness has it right now for 339 free shipping with a 5% discount coming to like 320 shipped. that site might not sell it with bench though, they are ambiguous. I will ask.

I would not buy it from the Powertec site it is alil more expensive. I had to search a lot of sites to find the best deal. Some sites include the bench and some dont. Be careful make sure when you buy it you are getting the Power Rack, the lat tower, and the bench. I paid 899 with free shipping. Here is a link to the site, Its the cheapest price you will find and they give you the leg attachment for the bench.
