switching over to strongman training
After years of bodybuilding, dieting, and 9 competitions, I'm bored. I'm also sick of feeling fragile and lethargic half the god damn year, especially near contest time. So I've recently became good friends with a strongman competitor and listening to him talk about it, it sounds pretty fun. So I figured what the hell, why not right? So my training is actually going to be a combination between strongman and Dorian Yates style training in the gym. I'm hoping it gives me an edge and someday maybe I'll get back on a bodybuilding stage and be better. Does anybody here do any strongman training?

hahahaha, nah man, I'll come back and compete again. I'm just talking about using something different to help the other. I've seen many of times a powerlifter diet down and come in and smoke everybody. It was just a thought, the only thing I do not like about the idea is quick, jerky movements. I may try it and see how it goes, if I dont like it then so be it
