    My routine. Input/Opinions?

    My cardio is twice daily. 30 minutes in the AM, and 30 minutes before my weight training.

    Monday- Biceps, Back (4 sets of 8,8,10,fail)

    Tuesday -Triceps, Forearms (4 sets of 8,8,10,fail/ forearms 3 sets 10,10,fail)

    Wed- Legs (5 sets 8,8,10,10,fail)

    Thursday- Chest, Biceps ( 4 sets 8,8,10,fail)

    Friday- Shoulders (4 sets 8,8,10,fail) , Abs (10,10,fail) ,
    Calves (5 sets 8,8,10,10,fail)



    BICEPS
    Seated Dbell curl
    Concentration Curl
    Wide Grip barbell curl
    Close grip barbell curl

    BACK
    Shrug
    Straight arm pull down
    Close grip seated row
    Dead lift
    Bent over row

    TRICEPS
    Close grip bench press
    Dbell kickback
    Single arm extension
    Bench dip
    Reverse grip bench

    FOREARMS
    Behind the back wrist curl
    Seated wrist curl

    LEGS
    Leg curl & Leg ext <SUPER SET>
    Squat
    Tension band exercises (knee rehab)
    Lying leg lifts

    CHEST
    Incline Dbell press
    Decline Push up <3 sets to failure>
    Incline Hammer press
    Dbell pullover
    Decline Bench press
    Machine flye

    SHOULDERS
    Front overhead barbell raise & Upright row <super set>
    Seated bent over lat raise
    Push press
    Wide grip upright row

    ABS
    Double crunch (Jack knife)
    Reverse crunch
    Hip thrust

    CALVES
    Standing Calf Raise
    Seated Calf Raise

    sorry i dont understand with regarding to when you say back and biceps... do you mean you do 4 sets for back and 4 for bi's.

    suggest u up the sets for legs, there a massive msucle group so id up the sets to 12.

    wheres the traps aswell?

    Correct. And with the legs you really think I should do 12 sets of each exercise? That seems a bit extreme. Wait... You do realize I mean 5 sets of each listed exercise right? And as far as traps go, do you have a suggestion? (All of these are exercises I've pulled out of a magazine.)
