Calves pump.
When am doing cardio i get extreme pump in the calves, wich make me either have to stop and recover for a while or slow down my speed. Both wich sets my hearth rate to low.
I do mostly incline walking (10-18 degrees) or jogging.
Any tips for cardio exercises where i dont get this damn pump?

Well, both kinda.. Starts out with pump building up to the point where i cant handle it and when i step of to recover i cramp up a bit so i have to stretch them for a bit.
Am on first cycle so this is nothing i have experienced earlier. (obviously i know why i get it but still....)

Are u taking an NO? If so, drink it whyle on the mill... Its prob the incline. After you get pumpt on the mill. Have a bike lined up so u can switch it up.
